Join our team and use your skills for good

We’re always looking for experienced IT professionals who want to make a difference in education.

We’re constantly thinking about the future of education. As a social impact company, being forward-thinking also means running a responsible business with a strong culture of looking after our team.

Here are some of the things we’re doing to make sure iCT4 is making a positive impact on the people we employ and the communities we serve:

We (sometimes) WFH

Since our clients are based around the UK, it makes sense that we are too. Embracing remote working has allowed us to support clients further afield, draw from a wider talent pool of engineers, and provide employment opportunities to parents who need the flexibility to work from home.

We’re flexible with hours

Whether you're doing the school run, juggling childcare arrangements, popping out for an appointment or are getting in sync with your unique chronotype – there’s always flex when we need it. We trust each other to manage our schedules, as long as we're there for our clients, we'll make it work.

We’re forever learning

In our industry, continual learning is part of the job description. Technology moves on, schools evolve, and people need new challenges. We give each team member an annual training budget that allows them to upskill, explore relevant areas of interest, and progress their careers.
