We’re growing fast and looking for a dynamic ICT Field Support Engineer / ICT Technician to join our friendly, forward-thinking team. Based in Gloucester/Cirencester you’ll provide both on-site and remote support to our partner schools—helping them unlock the full potential of their technology.
At iCT4, we're not just about fixing things, we're transforming the classroom through technology. Our mission is to partner with schools to build safer, smarter, sustainable and more connected digital environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting schools with a wide range of ICT needs, from troubleshooting to proactive tech improvements.
- Working hands-on with cloud platforms like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and ideally Azure.
- Acting as a trusted partner to school staff—helping them get the most from their tech, not just fixing it when it breaks.
- Collaborating with a team that values innovation, reliability, and making a real difference in education.
- Contributing to the ongoing success of our Information Security Management System (ISMS) by following all relevant ISO standards, policies, and procedures—helping us maintain the highest levels of security and compliance.
About You
We’re looking for someone who has:
- A passion for technology and helping others.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with cloud-based systems and a knack for staying organized.
- Bonus points for experience with vendors like Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Cisco, Microsoft, Google, or Apple—but it’s not a dealbreaker.
Why join us
- Be part of a company that’s making a real impact in schools.
- Enjoy a flexible, supportive work environment that grows with you.
- Work with the latest tech and industry-leading tools.
- We’re a Living Wage Employer and committed to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
Additional Information
- An enhanced DBS check will be required (we’ll handle this for you).
- We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer—everyone is welcome here.
- All employees play a key role in upholding our ISMS and ensuring compliance with all ISO standards and internal policies.
