Due to continued expansion, iCT4 Limited seek a proactive MIS Specialist to join their team of dedicated professionals to provide on-site and remote MIS support to schools covering SIMS, Arbor, iSAMS (Ed:Gen) Bromcom and more. This post allows the successful candidate to work with a range of MIS products along with a vast range of cutting-edge hardware, third party software and cloud services.

This is a varied and dynamic MIS support role in a rewarding environment that requires the development of strong relationships with our customers at all levels. If you're an experienced MIS administrator or MIS support professional, with great communication skills, a proactive attitude and are someone that gets a real buzz out of going the extra mile for customers, this is the role for you.

  • A passion for technology and helping others.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience of providing support with Sims, Arbor, Bromcom or Ed:Gen MIS systems.
