We've some very exciting news to share

iCT4 has achieved B Corp™ certification status, marking a significant milestone in its commitment to responsible business practice.

The announcement coincides with B Corp Month 2026, celebrating businesses worldwide that champion high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability. Certified B Corporations are independently verified to balance purpose and profit and believe that there’s a better path for business, one of action and purpose, inspiration and community.

Founded in 2012 by Glyn Pascoe and Josh Hosking, iCT4 has grown into a specialist IT partner for the education sector, supporting more than 350 schools and other purpose-driven organisations, including primary schools, secondary schools, colleges and education charities.

From the beginning, the company’s mission has been to help schools maximise the value of technology and prepare pupils for an increasingly digital world. Longevity and value sit at the core of iCT4’s service model. By prioritising durable technology and cost-effective solutions, the company helps schools extend product life cycles and make limited budgets go further.

As part of the B Corp certification process, iCT4 is now further exploring how to embed circular and renewable principles into its offering while maintaining the high-quality service for which it is known. The company is also developing new initiatives to strengthen its contribution to local schools and communities, for example expanded staff volunteering programmes and community support initiatives.

As part of marking the certification, founders Glyn Pascoe and Josh Hosking, alongside Business Manager Brenda Boyling and Head of Marketing Polly Menear, visited Sky Primary and Eden Project Nursery. During the visit, pupils shared their own climate-focused initiatives, including solar panels and ground source heating systems installed at the carbon-neutral school which was opened in September 2025 and has a unique curriculum centred around global citizenship and the UN’s Good Life Goals.

ICT4 is the school and association Multi-Academy Trust's (Kernow Learning's) trusted technology partner and played a key role in developing the digital infrastructure for the new school, including the installation of external wi-fi access points enabling outdoor learning opportunities across the curriculum and supporting a more flexible, nature-connected education experience.

Glyn Pascoe, Managing Director of iCT4, said: “As part of the certification process, we have embedded stakeholder principles into our governing documents, demonstrating our commitment to placing social and environmental considerations at the heart of decision making.”

“We took our time with this certification, ensuring the deliverability of our impact statements. For us, the B Corp badge is important but it’s much bigger than that. B Corp represents a commitment to continuous improvement, and we are determined to keep raising the standard for responsible, community-centred IT that delivers meaningful impact.”

Josh Hosking, Commercial Director, added: “Becoming a Certified B Corporation is a significant milestone for our team and a natural extension of our purpose-driven mission. Our work has always focused on improving outcomes for children and young people so we couldn’t be prouder to have achieved a B Impact score of over 100 points, which is substantially above the 80 point threshold required for certification.”
