What our customers say about us
Our case studies showcase how important partnership is to us as well as the transformative impact of technology on teaching and learning.
At iCT4 we know that an MIS
system is only as good as the data
fed into it. We are proud of our
operational support to schools and
MATs who want to streamline their
MIS systems to meet a specific set
of needs.
Introduction
A member of the iCT4 MIS Support Team spent time on-site at the start of the academic year supporting the Constance Bridgeman Centre to streamline their MIS operations and simplify the year end processes.
The Constance Bridgeman Centre is a Key Stage 4 Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) located in the London Borough of Redbridge, catering for students aged 14-16 who have been excluded or referred due to social, emotional, and/or behavioural difficulties.
Meeting a specific set of needs
In July 2024, Ofsted rated the centre as ‘Inadequate’ and as part of this assessment there were requirements to improve the effectiveness of systems and processes. When iCT4 were brought in, the new academic year had already started so the team had to work quickly. Day-to-day functions, like the attendance, assessments and teacher timetables needed immediate attention as well as small changes to the system across all data collection tools.
iCT4 staff provided ‘on-the-job’ training which reduced disruption and enabled staff to get on top of data input whilst at the same time learning best practice and making improvements to data collection systems.
With the school census being just around the corner, issues with their data accuracy were brought into focus and through this project, enabled them to respond correctly to the DfE and Local Authority.
We are delighted with the Arbor support we have had this academic year from Cara. I just wanted to reach out and let you know we have been blown away by her professionalism, speed of response and support."
Deputy Head, The Constance Bridgeman Centre
The outcome of intervention by iCT4 has been an increase in operational efficiency as well as improved staff confidence in using the full suite of Arbor MIS features.
There is now an even stronger relationship between iCT4 and Constance Bridgeman Centre, and iCT4 have since worked in partnership with the centre on a further four ICT projects.
