Empower your team with bespoke ICT training and CPD sessions.
We provide a wide variety of training and CPD options to help your team thrive.
As reflective practitioners we know that the quality of teaching is the single most important in-school factor for improving pupil outcomes. Teachers and staff CPD in all areas of their work is therefore vital!
However keeping pace with technological change is challenging and budgets frequently don’t allow for the time or funds to enable transformation.
This is where we come in - Using our technical skills, education specific experience and vast knowledge of ‘best practise’, our team and deliver a wide range of CPD and training designed to ensure schools get value from their tech.
Here’s how we can help:
Workshops and Seminars
We provide hands-on training on the latest educational technologies and software. Covering topics like cybersecurity, integration of ICT in the classroom, and AI.
Online Courses and Webinars
We offer flexible online webinars that teams can attend at their convenience. These courses range from Microsoft Expert Training, MIS Training and ICT induction training.
Drop-in and twilight sessions
We recognise that teachers have pretty full calendars! We work around your availability to ensure you have access to high quality training and coaching – when the teaching day ends, we’ll stick around and offer our help in an unpressured, relax environment that’s free from distractions.
Specialised Training
We can create bespoke packages of learning offered through a 'Learning Management System' integrated with Office 365. We have a range of educational specialists that we work with to design training for specific teaching and learning teams and specialisms, such as SEND.
Admin and Support Staff
Operating at the front line of every efficient school is the support staff team, however it’s common for these members of staff to feel ‘out of the loop’ with technology and this can result in inefficiency or worse, can contribute to poor staff retention. Our skilled practitioners can help support staff develop their skills and become more confident in ICT, empowering them in their roles.
